The challenge – take an 8,400 SF office in a historic building in downtown Seattle and make it seem larger. We started by taking full advantage of the building’s large windows. Next we dressed up the glass conference rooms with compelling graphics combined with an open air plan to give the space a light and airy feel. As an added bonus the office features vintage furnishings throughout as a nod to the historic context of the office. A platform area with a counter that doubles as counter or bar, that helps maximize space.
